Miller Dunwiddie’s professionals have a strong design focus, but it’s our listening skills that set us apart from the competition.
Listening from Beginning to End
We believe a project’s success depends on listening from start to finish. During the
proposal process, we'll make sure we know what information you need to make your
decision and customize our proposal to suit. When you hire us for a job, our first step will
be to spend time understanding your ideas, goals, and concerns. Then, throughout the
design and implementation process, we'll invite your feedback and participation. Finally,
when the project is complete, we'll ask you how we did.
Listening to the End User
In addition, we'll listen to the people who will use your building once it’s complete. In an
airport setting, we'll talk to the various businesses that will be affected. If it’s a health
care project, we'll help you find out what doctors and nurses need most. At a church,
we'll help you get consensus from the congregation.
Listening to the Project Team
Last, but not least, we'll listen to the other members of your project team. we'll be sure
to consider input from other team members, such as construction and engineering
partners. By working together, we'll keep the project on schedule and on task.
