Wayzata, MN
The architectural intent of the 259 East Lake Street development is to maximize the
utilization of an underdeveloped site through the creation of an economically viable,
mixed-use building designed in the context of the Lake Street corridor and downtown
Wayzata. The design incorporates a three-story main building of approximately 29,000
gross square feet containing retail tenants on the first floor, speculative office space on
the second floor and two roof-top houses with extensive roof terrace on the third floor.
Primary materials are brick, cast stone, painted structural steel and zinc.
