DaVita, Inc. provides dialysis services and support to patients with chronic kidney disease. Miller Dunwiddie provides architectural design services for DaVita that include space planning, clinic design, selection of interior finishes and furniture, custom casework design, and construction administration.

The dialysis treatment rooms are designed for the patients to be grouped around centrally located nurses’ stations. Nursing and support spaces include medication, water treatment, and dialysis reuse rooms. Large amounts of specialized dialysis equipment are incorporated into the design of each location. Administration and staff areas include reception, patient records, offices, storage, and staff lounge.
