The Miller Dunwiddie led design team successfully developed a proposal for redeveloping Edina's Pentagon Park as a prime mixed use office / residential center that promotes environmental stewardship. The 43 acre site along West 77th Street will provide intergenerational residential living, modern Class A commercial space, and innovative business traveler accommodations. A major goal of Edina Gateway is to achieve a high level of environmental performance through integrated design, best practices, and emerging technologies. Approval for the project was given by the City of Edina and aspects of the project are slated to be LEED certified or higher.
