In 1997 Miller Dunwiddie was hired to prepare a comprehensive preservation and implementation strategy for Grace University Church. The multi-phased plan included defining a necessary property expansion; negotiating the purchase of land; renovating the existing nursery and community hall; upgrading HVAC systems; and creating an office, kitchen, and classroom addition. Grace University Church conducted their financial campaign, purchased the needed property, and began construction in 2004 and was completed April 2005.
