Burnsville, MN

Miller Dunwiddie and SRF Consulting Group collaborated on the design for the new "Heart of the City" park and ride facility in Burnsville, Minnesota. This 400-space ramp provides accessible and secure parking adjacent to a major transit stop with connections to downtown Minneapolis and St. Paul. Developed under a partnership between the Minnesota Valley Transit Authority and the City of Burnsville, the ramp serves a new housing and retail core along with existing neighborhoods. This creates an opportunity for commuters, shoppers, and residents to interact; increases pedestrian traffic; and makes the transit environment safer and more enjoyable.
