Summit Fire Protection selected Miller Dunwiddie to design a new office and warehouse facility to consolidate multiple metro-area locations. Working on a brownfield site, we designed a facility that accommodates both present and future growth. The interior design created a flexible work environment using high quality material finishes within a modest budget. Exterior site features include rain gardens that help control stormwater runoff. The building houses the region's largest fire protection company.
