Miller Dunwiddie was commissioned to rehabilitate the Tilsner Building – a historic,
1894 timber-framed warehouse located in Saint Paul’s Lowertown National Register
Historic District. The project completely renovated the building’s exterior
and interior, converting it to housing and studio space. We worked with the developer
and tenants to create a flexible floor plan and economically feasible investment.
