Grace University Lutheran Church
Grace University Lutheran Church, a 1917 Gothic Revival building listed on the National Register of Historic Places, was in need of restoration services. The project began with the development of a Master Plan, which resulted in a property expansion that involved negotiating the purchase of land from the University of MN, making the building accessible, renovating the existing nursery and community hall, upgrading HVAC systems, and creating a new kitchen, office and classroom wing. An additional expansion plan is currently being developed.
