Oliver Kelley Farmstead
The Oliver Kelley Farmstead is a National Historic Landmark known as the birthplace of the Grange Movement and organized agriculture in the United States. Since the 1980’s, Miller Dunwiddie has worked on multiple projects there, including: the reconstruction of the barn, which incorporated original timbers preserved during the work; an accessible lift at the farmhouse; new roofing on the barn and house; fresh paint; and numerous exterior repairs. Recently the farm house was evaluated and documented in a Historic Structures Report which included recommendations for ongoing maintenance and future interpretation options for the house.
