Miller Dunwiddie has relocated to 100 Washington Square
An iconic building designed by internationally acclaimed architect Minoru Yamasaki, 100 Washington Avenue South was built in 1980. The elegant 22 story, 500,000 square foot multi-tenant office tower features a clear span design and column free interior. The two story main lobby features Italian polished Perlato marble complimented by a dramatic four hundred lamp lighting sculpture by Japanese artist Motoko Ishii. The building was constructed by Kraus Anderson and was one of the first towers in MN to use a slip-form concrete forming system for the main core. The ground level is home to Penny’s coffee shop. Miller Dunwiddie is now located in Suite 500, on the fifth floor.
